Wow! I'm really shocked AJ pulled the trigger on that. It kinda makes me feel meh since I told her to do that and she explained to me how she just could never vote for Cassie even if he was throwing her under the bus. I really want to know EXACTLY what happened this round.
Hi Cassie!

Hi, guys. So here's the deal....
AJ turned on me. I wrote her name down because she straight up told me she was voting for me. I think it was a shitty move on her part, and I wanted to write her name down too. Maybe it was personal of me, but whatever.
I campaigned hard against Thiago at first. I wanted to be loyal. But I had nothing to campaign against really. They were all just like, "You're the biggest jury threat." So it was frustrating. I wanted AJ to cause a tie with me, but it is what it is.
I know you guys have stuff against Thiago...but I'm interested what he has to say. If he did use psychological manipulation and so forth...then I might vote for him. If he is just oversensitive and it wasn't strategy, then I won't. I just would respect his big moves like that...even if it hurt people in the end.
My huge thing against Knox is that he like begged AJ not to use the idol on him in the final 10....that's what saved all of us. And Thiago seriously was a huge person who had a LOT of say in where the idols were played this season. And that was CRUCIAL. So I know people got their feelings hurt, but Thiago got there fair and square, and he had a lot of power when he could have just been the 5th wheel in the alliance.

I think y'all are giving a little too much credit to Knox, tbh. I love him as a person, but I really don't see in his game what all of you guys are seeming to see....But I'm excited to see what all 3 of them have to say.

I agree with you on Knox. While I think he was a straight shooter some of the time his game play has been all over the place. Also, a lot of the time it seemed almost as if he deflected blame off of himself and placed it on others even though it was he who did it. The inconsistencies in his strategies are perplexing to me I suppose and that's not meant to be in a good way. Personally, even though we apologized to each other it still doesn't help that he continually bashed me.

As someone who was invited into Thiago's head since...Well...day two of Extinction, I am most familiar with his game, and I honestly feel that his game was the most together and strategic. Even if you guys are hurt and mad that you got manipulated. Two times in a row, Thiago is pretty stellar.
Now that the jury is complete I can campaign for him.

I don't feel like I ever got manipulated by Thiago because we never spoke outside of him calling me a bully lmao! I mean, I'm sure he's going to claim most of his moves as strategy and make himself appear as a devious mastermind, and I won't even deny that most moves actually were. However, with ME, a lot of things were just really personal so it makes it hard for ME to justify voting for him. I won't deny the fact that he can play the game, but I also have to factor my personal interactions with him into my final decision.
Very excited to see what these people have to say about their games, especially Thiago. I agree with Cassie in the fact that I don't think that Knox has much to talk about. He's a nice guy and he pulled off the final immunity win, but before that it seems like he relied heavily on...well, everyone. I don't know, we'll just have to see!

I'm not at all hurt by Thiago's actions, I'm just as much of a manipulator as he is. On the personal side of things what hurts Thiago's chances with me was the fact that he was SO pessimistic all season long. I played every round with him, and almost daily had to cheer him up as he woe'd over the worst case scenario. Most of my motivation to cheer him up was due to the fact that I was nervous he was going to switch, but the rest of it was that it made him kinda unpleasant to play with at times. And I totally say that as someone who, the rest of the time, got along with Thiago just fine. I can totally see why he won Season 5, he's great at what he does, but this time I really think, like, work and personal stuff got in the way for him and his social game was way worse. What did he really do other than join the correct alliance and not be one of the top two jury threats?
AJ went from a no chance in hell to someone I'm going to hear out by stepping out from Cassie's shadow. Even though Thiago is going to be very good in the FTC, AJ had no chance to win with Cassie in there, and she's now competing for my vote.
EDIT: I just had another thought to add about AJ. Does her game remind anyone else of Dawn from Caramoan? I'm still undecided if that's good or bad.
Knox, I dunno, I think he took a step down with this vote from my likely choice to someone who's now in equal competition with the other two. In the F3 situations it's always good to be different than the other two people, and it would have been easy for him to lump Cassie/AJ together and show how he had a very different story arc this season. I need to hear a convincing argument from him as to why he put Cassie's name down.

Oh my word, AJ is *exactly* like Dawn! Totally.
What's cool about this final 3 is that they are all completely different in terms of their game play so that will make all 3 of their arguments compelling.
Also, Henry, I have to agree with you, Thiago was pessimistic a lot of the time. He was, to a lesser extent, in Extinction too. I remember playing counselor a lot when we switched into the 3 tribes, but then again, I was pessimistic in the latter portions of the merge because of Gloria, so it's really all about how you are handling your immediate circumstances. And I know he didn't really want to play this game, so that could hurt him in his final arguments.
I'm interested to see what went down in this last round. If Cassie was campaigning hardcore for Thiago to go, and the target suddenly turned on Cassie, I have to think that it had more to do with Thiago than AJ...maybe Cassie can enlighten us.
I just know working with AJ for so long during the game, I noticed how she juggled friendships more than she thought strategically, so that kind of deducts point from her in my eyes.

I'm interested to see what went down in this last round. If Cassie was campaigning hardcore for Thiago to go, and the target suddenly turned on Cassie, I have to think that it had more to do with Thiago than AJ...maybe Cassie can enlighten us. Well, in my speaking with AJ during the Final 5, I tried this last ditch effort to get AJ to vote out Cassie instead of me by explaining to her how big of a threat Cassie was to her game. I basically laid it out for her that if she went to the finals with Cassie everyone was going to see her as Cassie's assistant and she'd be stuck under his shadow. So if I was, in fact, the person who kinda planted the seed for this to happen, oops, sorry Cassie. :x It seems that AJ, liking all four of us, simply looked at the group once we got there and put her friendships aside during the judgements and took out the #1 and #2 jury threats. Does she get credit for that if that's what she did? Does Thiago get credit for being kinda-unlikeable enough to be allowed into the Final 3? When exactly did AJ come to the decision to vote out Cassie, and who were the influential people in helping her make that decision? Those are the things I don't think we can be sure of yet.

I don't think Thiago manipulated anyone Mark besides his own side or whatever
No one really stands out in the F3 IMO considering what went down in this game but since Cassie is voted out... I feel like Thiago has the best chance to get my vote but I am super curious about the dishonest thing. Whatever tho the FTC should be interesting
