Final Vote









"This was seriously a tough decision. I went back and forth between voting AJ and Thiago. Even if I saw through Thiago's strategy for most of the game, I still feel like he had to play harder than anyone from the beginning. I feel like he is the person who most defines the series and should serve as the figurehead and be titled "the best of the best." I was going to consider Knox until his opening statement. It ruined everything. Then he back-peddled and went down in a sinking ship for the remainder of Final Judgement. And his attempts to continually publicly villainize Thiago were pretty transparent. I love him as a person, but I don't think he deserves this win. AJ on the other hand did play a fantastic game, and I underestimated her immensely. But I don't think she would've been able to make it to this point without all of her pre-game relationships. She had me, Henry, and Knox on her side from the get-go. That's 3 crucial people that were in her alliance of 5 that dominated the merge. In addition, she was pretty wishy-washy, and she openly called herself a weaker player than Thiago during Final Judgement. I respect her move to vote me out, and I am no longer bitter about it whatsoever. I just see Thiago as the stronger player at the end of the day. If Thiago loses, I hope AJ takes this. I'll be happy to see either of them win. But Thiago wins over my vote."
