Unless I am over thinking it (or rather under thinking it) this challenge is quite confusing. It is set up to make you believe that you can post each ball for an hour straight, but if you do this, all your balls will land on the same minute, making it impossible for you to catch the majority of them...basically making you do more work that you need to do.
In a perfect world, each pitcher could throw a ball once every 15 seconds (due to posting limits), meaning the max amount of balls being able to be thrown would be 60 x 4 = 240..but since this isnt a perfect world, and not everyone can post right on the dot, I say we strive for about 3 balls posted for each minute for an hour, totaling 180 balls.
The first three balls posted should be 3 NINES!! After this the thrower should post 3 8 balls per minute up until 3 minutes before the hour is up. At this time the thrower should post 2 8 balls accompanied with 1 other ball (2 8's and 1 7) the next minute should be 2 8s with 1 6. etc.
Overall it should look like this:
1:00 : 3 9's
1:01 - 1: 56 : 3 8's
1: 57 : 2 8's / 1 7's
1: 58 : 2 8's / 1 6's
1: 59: 2 8's / 1 5's
This should total 180 posts overall with the max amount of points total (since by posting the 7, 6, and 5 there will be given a 15 point straight bonus)
If this doesnt make sense and you are a thrower, message me, and I will try to clarify best I can. I believe this is the way to max out our points, and hopefully I am doing it correctly, if not, I am truly sorry, but I just want to bring this team home a much deserved win.
(basically you need to post for an hour straight, so save up some time, and have multiple tabs open so you can easily access different balls).
P.S. me and knox discovered this while doing our run through of the challenge, so please excuse our...sloppiness haha
